The Lincolnshire Home & Garden is our local magazine which is a modern styled glossy A5 magazine containing interviews with BBC tv stars, interiors, gardening, outdoor living, fashion, beauty, health, local features, food & drink, local cinema info and much much more.
We are currently distributing over 40'000 magazines in 4 areas of Lincolnshire by Royal Mail every 2 months for Free
1. Woodhall Spa and Wragby and their surrounding villages
2. The Cliff Villages from Harmston down to Ancaster
3. The Wolds from east of Market Rasen across the upper wolds and into Louth
4. Lincs coast - Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea and Alford
The Lincolnshire Home & Garden magazine is delivered every 2 months to each area they serve and you can book a 6 or 12 month agreement.
We have adverts from 1/8 page up to Double Page spreads.
Discounts are available should you wish to book an advert in more than 2 locations
Included in the 12m agreement is the opportunity of a FREE 2 page editorial feature on your business
Why is one county served by 4 editions and not just one?
Despite being part of one county, each area represented by an edition has a unique demographic and community. We find that readers enjoy the hyper localness of each edition, and look forward to receiving their copy, we know because they tell us!

Seaside Voucher App & Book

These handy size A5 tourist voucher booklets provide the perfect platform for advertising your business to both the local audience and also visitors to the area.
With a print run of 50'000 they quite literally put your company in the hands of 1000's of people and are a popular, cost efficient and effective way of marketing. The voucher book is popular with locals and tourist's.
How it works
We have a standard size book of 32 pages which packed full of amazing offers and discounts
The bulk of the booklet is then 1/4, 1/2 and full page adverts for each business and each advertiser is required to include an offer/discount. You can have a 1 sided advert with your offer within the design or choose to also have the reverse of the page with your offer on the other side.
Distribution
The booklets are distributed via local Hotels, Caravan parks, libraries, cafés, shops, pubs, restaurants and holiday letting companies for inclusion in their welcome packs.
We deliver these personally to all locations where we deliver the maps to. We then ensure that these key drop-offs are kept topped up throughout the year, especially in time for the holiday season and Bank Holiday weekends.
Seaside Voucher APP New for 2025
We have decided to take our successful printed book into digital and created the 1st voucher app dedicated to promoting offers and discounts for anyone visiting the Great British Seaside.
This new app will have all the latest discounts for dining, attractions, shopping, accommodation and much more

Visitor Maps
How they can benefit you
These fold-out double-sided tourist maps provide the perfect platform for advertising your business to both the local audience and also visitors to the area.
With a print run of 10'000 to 20'000, depending on the area, they quite literally put your company on the map and are a popular, cost efficient and effective way of marketing.
How it works
The maps cover several of our popular towns, including
- Woodhall Spa
- Lincoln
- Louth
- Horncastle
- Mablethorpe
- Skegness
One side has a map of the town centre with local business adverts around the edge. Each business that has an advert also has a coloured, numbered dot and label on the map. Whilst the reverse also has adverts around the edge, it focuses on lists of Places to Visit - Stay - Eat - Shop as well as detailed information on local attractions.
We have also included QR codes for local cycling, walking routes and the local bus timetables
Distribution

The cost to advertise on one of our tourist maps is as follows:
Single Advert: £250 + vat (dimensions 56mm width x 65mm height)
Double Advert: £400 + vat (landscape: 115mm width x 65mm height or portrait: 56mm width x 134mm height)
